Through our platform, SZN ONE members understand themselves first; their strengths, their blind spots and importantly; how they work with others. We also expose them to the skills and real-world constraints the game is moving into. When clubs and organisations partner with us, they can be confident that the individuals within our community not just survive, but thrive in a future-facing football.
Co-founded by Ben Mee and Matt Warner, SZN ONE was founded with the ambition to lift the next generation of talent into football’s future.
Today, we create the environment that arms our young people with the skills, expertise and resources that make an impact to the sport long into the future.
